1. Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively

1. Sales & Store Performance

• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Promote ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and upsell products
• Maintain strong product knowledge to drive sales

1. Store Operations

• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, card, digital payments)
• Handle cash, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

1. Merchandising & Visual Display

• Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Replenish shelves and manage inventory levels
• Support visual merchandising and in-store displays

1. Inventory Management

• Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and stock counts
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
• Maintain proper storage and stockroom organization

1. Store Maintenance & Compliance

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
