Retail Associate

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets set by the management
• Provide excellent quality service to customers and high-level sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism
• Perform housekeeping within the outlet, e.g. create and maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment
• Perform receiving/unpacking/stacking/bar-coding of merchandise in outlet
• Ensure sufficient inventory and comply with inventory control procedures
• Submit reports and customers’ feedback to management
• Responsibilities as deem appropriate for Retail Associate

• Minimum qualification: N-Level, O-Level, ITE, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of retail experience preferred
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Working hours: shift work, 6 days work week with 1 fixed off day
