Business Analyst (IT) – 12 Months Contract
Job Summary- Salary: Up to $7,200 per month
- Contract Type: 12 Months Contract
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
- Working Location: Telok Ayer
- Industry: Life Insurance / Financial Services
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Convert requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support Product Owner, SMEs, engineers and architects in solution discussions
- Facilitate requirement prioritisation and sprint planning in Agile environment
- Ensure development deliverables meet testing and quality standards
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and secure sign-off before deployment
- Analyse data to support solution recommendations
- Identify and escalate project risks or issues when necessary
- Proven experience as Business Analyst in IT projects
- Life Insurance domain knowledge is required
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Good understanding of system analysis, testing and software development lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with enterprise systems or large-scale applications preferred
