Customer Service Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling incoming orders, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating internally to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
We looking for someone with experience in customer service, order management, or a related role, ideally within the food service, distribution and manufacturing industry.
Work Responsibility
Order Processing- Receive and process customer orders (email, whatsapp, online,etc)
- Verify product codes, pricing, discounts, and stock availability
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- Monitor backorders and partial delivery
- Act as main contact point for assigned account
- Handle customers’ inquiries about products, pricing, promotions, and lead time
- Inform customers of out-of-stock or substitution options
Coordination with Internal Departments
Customer service acts as a bridge between:
- Sales team – order confirmation, pricing alignment
- Warehouse / Logistics – stock availability, delivery timing
- Production / Manufacturing – production schedules for made-to-order items
- Quality Assurance (QA) – complaints, product quality issues
- Finance – billing disputes, credit notes, returned goods
