Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration and operations of community voucher schemes at local centres.
  • Assist residents at service counters and conduct home visits for those with limited mobility.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and processing of application and appeal forms.
  • Provide general administrative support to constituency offices beyond voucher-related tasks.
  • Undertake various ad-hoc duties to ensure efficient daily operations of community centres.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
