Job Highlights:

• Working hours: Shifts vary based on the operating hours of each community centres. Candidates are expected to have flexibility in their work schedule to support the varying needs of the community, which may include non-standard hours if needed.
• Location: Community Centres conveniently located across Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the administration and operations of community voucher schemes at local centres.
• Assist residents at service counters and conduct home visits for those with limited mobility.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and processing of application and appeal forms.
• Provide general administrative support to constituency offices beyond voucher-related tasks.
• Undertake various ad-hoc duties to ensure efficient daily operations of community centres.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
