A Financial Services organisation is looking for payroll support

Your new role
  • Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external payroll/HR administration providers to ensure seamless and compliant service delivery.
  • Oversee monthly payroll input and approval processes, verifying accuracy of data before submission to the vendor.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, etc.) by managing vendor instructions and internal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies, escalating issues when needed to Legal or external counsel.
  • APAC experience - coverage Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia.
  • Advantageous to have UK, Netherlands, Brazil and US.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and reports, coordinating updates across internal systems and vendor platforms.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

  • Fast paced environment handling over 1000 pax
  • APAC outsourced payroll experience will be highly advantageous
