Senior IT Manager
Responsibilities
IT Operations & Infrastructure Management- Lead and manage both in-house and outsourced IT teams to ensure consistent, high-quality desktop and infrastructure support
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across the organization
- Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and plan upgrades or replacements
- Maintain hardware/software inventories, lifecycle management, and system documentation
- Act as the primary operational liaison between IT and business stakeholders, communicating service status, risks, and constraints
- Provide technical guidance to subsidiaries and align local IT teams with group-wide strategies and standards
- Manage external vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring, SLA adherence, and issue escalation
- Ensure contractual obligations and service expectations are consistently met
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and value optimization
- Define and implement long-term IT roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive cost optimization through license management, service rationalization, and process improvements
- Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard systems, data, and networks
- Manage antivirus, firewall, backup, and disaster recovery systems
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory/audit requirements
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects aligned with business priorities
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure, preferably within a regulated or enterprise environment
- Proven experience managing enterprise IT environments, including:
- Cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure)
- End-user computing (endpoints, device management)
- Network and infrastructure services
- Solid working knowledge of:
- IT service management practices (e.g., incident, problem, and change management)
- Information security principles and controls
- Vendor and service provider management, including SLA governance
- Demonstrated experience working with auditors, regulators, and senior business stakeholders, with the ability to manage compliance requirements and communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead incident resolution and drive root cause analysis
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
