Job Overview
The Senior Manager / Manager (Hospitality) will lead end-to-end hospitality operations, ensuring a high-touch, resident-centric experience. This role is responsible for overseeing service delivery across dining, housekeeping, and laundry functions, while maintaining strong operational efficiency, service standards, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily hospitality operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Deliver personalised resident experience and drive service improvements
- Oversee dining services, ensuring quality, nutrition, and consistency
- Manage budgets, procurement, and cost efficiency
- Enforce SOPs, conduct service audits, and drive continuous improvement
- Lead, train, and develop the hospitality team
- Handle resident and family feedback, ensuring timely resolution
- Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or operations
- Experience in hotel, serviced apartments, senior living, or healthcare preferred
- Strong leadership, operational, and cost management skills
- Willing to work weekends when required
- Service-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
