Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processing of paperwork, including payments to suppliers, contractors, and temporary staff.
- Manage CAPEX documentation and asset sighting processes to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including office supplies, staff onboarding/offboarding, refreshments, and customer correspondence.
- Coordinate calendar and logistics management for team meetings and events, ensuring seamless scheduling and support.
- Process settlements for content providers under the Home Business segment, maintaining accurate documentation for all payment-related activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
