Marketing Associate (Product Marketing - FMCG Industry) - Geylang

About Us:

Lo Hong Ka is a trusted health and wellness brand with strong roots across Southeast Asia. We're looking for a proactive Marketing Associate to drive Product Marketing, Development, and Go-To-Market Strategies for our wellness brands across Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the product expert - manage product details, specs, and updates across departments.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies (pricing, channels, advertising) for both local and overseas markets.
• Lead new product development from ideation to launch.
• Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to guide product strategy.
• Work with R&D, Design, Supply Chain, and Business Team to drive key project milestones.
• Position and manage Lo Hong Ka & JYNNS products under a unified brand portfolio.
• Craft compelling product content for advertising, packaging, and online platforms.
• Liaise with the Malaysia Marketing Team to align regional marketing strategies.
• Support the General Manager with opertional and marketing execution in Singapore.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in product marketing or branding (preferably in FMCG).
• Familiar with launching products across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Creative mindset with attention to details.

• Regional exposure across Singapore and Malaysia.
