Business Development and Marketing Associate - Geylang

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Business Development and Marketing Associate to help drive new business opportunities, support client acquisition efforts and assist in the execution of marketing initiatives. • Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, outreach campaigns and inbound channels
• Assist the sales team in developing tailored proposals, pitch materials and presentations
• Support marketing efforts by helping to run email campaigns, social media posts and promotional content
• Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions
• Coordinate meetings, calls and follow-ups with prospects to keep deals moving through the pipeline
• Analyse performance data to refine outreach tactics and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts for better lead conversion

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable engaging with clients and prospects
• Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or Excel/Google Sheets
• A learning mindset and a passion for understanding customer needs and business dynamics
• Prior exposure to B2B, tech or finance industries is a plus
