UNESS, a leading language school and community hub for expats in Singapore, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our Education Sales team. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in guiding and supervising our Education Sales Consultants, ensuring they effectively connect with expats and assist them in reaching their language learning goals.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the Education Sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and mentor Education Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing, Operation & Academic teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Market Positioning: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position UNESS as the preferred language education provider.
• Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and professional development activities to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience in a sales role, preferably in the education or language training industry.
• Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse clientele.
• Motivational Leadership: Inspiring and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving success.
• Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with Hubspot CRM systems or other sales software is advantageous.
