Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with distribution channels and OTAs to expand Tinggo Travel’s Air-Ticketing reach.
• Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue potential.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and relationship management with key partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables with partner expectations.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present business plans, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels and OTA dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
