We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain experience in business development within the consultancy and training sectors.The Business Development Executive will support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and assisting potential students interested in our training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the business development team in identifying and researching potential new business opportunities for consultancy services (internationalisation, digitalisation, sustainability, job redesign) and training programs.
- Support the building and maintaining of relationships with prospective and existing clients through communication and engagement.
- Learn to advise clients on available government grants under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the execution of business development strategies to contribute to revenue growth.
- Assist in promoting training courses to potential students and guide them through the initial stages of the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client and student interactions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, government initiatives, and potential business opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals, reports, and sales materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or a strong diploma with relevant experience.
- Some experience or internship in business development, sales, or a client-facing role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of business concepts and a willingness to learn about government grants and industry best practices.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction.
- Proactive and eager to learn about the consultancy and training industries.
