Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

Create & Edit Videos

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories) that are visually compelling and reflect our brand’s tone and mission.

Manage Social Media Accounts

Oversee day-to-day content for TikTok and Instagram — including story updates, post scheduling, trend monitoring, and follower engagement.

Stay Trend-Savvy

Keep tabs on viral challenges, memes, and trending audio to craft timely and relevant content.

Craft Interactive Content

Develop polls, quizzes, behind-the-scenes moments, and fun educational content to keep followers engaged and returning for more.

Engage With Our Community

Respond to comments, spark conversations, and help build a genuine and active online community.

Analyze & Improve

Monitor performance metrics to evaluate what’s working, and propose fresh ideas based on content insights.

Requirements:

Prior experience creating viral or high-performing content for TikTok and/or Instagram
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and Gen Z content culture
Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Minimum commitment of 4 months from July 2025
Bonus: Experience working with educational or youth-focused content and if you are comfortable helping out in the lab.
