We're Hiring Social Media Marketing Assistant

Join our team as a Social Media Marketing Assistant and help us craft compelling content, build vibrant communities, and drive brand engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Research & Strategy Support

Conduct monthly research on marketing trends and campaigns
Compile clear reports with actionable insights

Digital Design & Content Creation

Design eye-catching assets for Instagram Stories, social posts, and banners

TikTok Content Management

Track trends and brainstorm creative video concepts
Plan, produce, and schedule short-form content

Community Management & Customer Engagement

Monitor comments and messages across platforms
Respond promptly in a brand-consistent tone

General Administrative Support

Assist with ad-hoc marketing and admin tasks

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in related field.

Experience in social media content creation

Strong research and organizational skills

Up-to-date with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Education in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Location: Lower Delta
