Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive with strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing and HR administrative support. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely payroll for a complex and dynamic workforce, while also supporting daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll- Independently manage end-to-end payroll processing for both monthly and ad-hoc payroll cycles, including overtime, variable bonuses, shift allowances, and terminations.
- Handle payroll for a diverse employee base (e.g. full-time, part-time, interns, contract staff), ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and internal policies.
- Liaise with outsourced payroll vendors (if applicable), Finance, and other stakeholders to validate payroll reports and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit CPF, IR8A, IR21, and other statutory filings in a timely manner.
- Respond to employees’ payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and company internal controls.
- Prepare monthly payroll summary and related reports (Headcount , costing , MAS and etc)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates (e.g. new hires, transfers, resignations, personal data changes).
- Manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and offboarding documents.
- Support HR audits, monthly reporting, and reconciliation of employee data.
- Administer leave and benefit programs in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and assist in ad-hoc HR projects when required.
- Work passes application including but not limited to (Employment Pass, Spass, Work Permit, Dependent Pass and etc)
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll experience in a high-change or complex business environment (e.g. multiple shifts, variable pay components, high employee turnover).
- Proficient in local payroll legislation, CPF, IRAS, and MOM guidelines.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the Fintech, Tech, or Logistics sector will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Info-Tech, Payboy or similar payroll systems and Lark, Dingtalk working platform will be an added advantage
