Job description:
As a Senior Executive, you will work closely with the Deputy Director, Business Office to develop and implement strategic work plans, policies, and procedures for Business Office. You will collaborate with our Business Liaison Office (BLO) Leads to review and enhance policies and procedures, ensuring the delivery of key outcome indicators.You will play a role in supporting the roll-out of new processes and systems to BLO teams and ensure smooth implementation of transformation initiatives.
You will assist to provide secretarial support for monthly CHRT meetings and management reporting support for CHRT and BLO teams. Your analytical skills will be crucial in analysing the referral, admission and discharge data to identify trends and improvements.These insights will play a key role in driving informed decision-making and enhancing our operational efficiency.
Additionally, you will be prepared to lead our patient liaison team when required, overseeing critical processes of patient transfer and admission. You will ensure efficient transfers and admissions while managing staff deployment, overseeing financial counselling, and maintaining high standards of patient care and communication.
Job Requirements- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- At least 4 years of working experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Flexibility to work shifts, working half days on Saturdays as per roster
