Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support programme operations through effective data management, analysis, and administrative coordination. This role involves transforming qualitative and quantitative information into structured data to support reporting, insights, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Locate, extract, and convert information from structured and unstructured sources (e.g. case notes, reports, session logs, records) into structured data fields for analysis
- Process, clean, and analyse data using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare data visualisation charts, tables, and summaries to support reporting and decision-making
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Leverage technology and digital tools to optimise workflows and administrative processes
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior team members as required
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Strong analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is an advantage
- Experience in data analysis, qualitative analysis, or handling large datasets is preferred
- Able to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and project timelines concurrently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the social service, public sector, or programme-based environment is a plus
