Data Analyst

This role also produce some of the key analytics and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Implement data quality controls, validation rules, and audits
• Manage data lifecycle (creation → storage → archival → deletion)

• Oversee databases, data warehouses, and data platforms
• Coordinate with IT on system performance, backups, and recovery
• Ensure integration between different data sources and systems
• Monitor data flows and resolve data-related issues

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Define access controls and user permissions
• Work with cybersecurity teams to protect sensitive data
• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews

• Provide clean, structured datasets for analysts and business teams
• Support dashboard and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements
• Provide monthly OEM report to Safran Electronics & Defense
• Provide monthly performance report

• Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and system documentation
• Map data flows and system architecture
• Create standard operating procedures for data handling

• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and analytics teams
• Train staff on data policies and best practices

Job requirement:

• Database management (SQL, Python, Oracle, etc.)
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, etc.
• Familiarity with MRO/ERP systems (SAP B1 HANA. HANA Studio)
• Proficiency in Microsoft (MS 365, Macros/VBA, Power Automate, Copilot)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and documentation ability
• Ability to work cross-functionally
