Our client is a highly regarded progressive organisation at the forefront of digital innovation and transformation. To support its strategic business growth and transformation agenda, it is now seeking a dynamic and forward-looking Talent Acquisition Director to strengthen and elevate its talent acquisition capabilities.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role carries both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of hiring-spanning internships and graduate programmes, experienced hires, and senior executive recruitment.A key priority will be to transform and future-proof the talent acquisition function through the smart application of AI, data, and digital solutions that elevate both efficiency and candidate experience. This is a highly visible role that works closely with senior leadership.
You will play a direct, hands-on role in leading executive-level hiring, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, market insights, and succession planning. Alongside this, you will drive the overall recruitment strategy, lead and develop a high-performing internal talent acquisition team, and enhance the organisation's presence and positioning in the talent market.
Requirements
You are a degree-qualified talent acquisition leader with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment across all levels, including personal involvement in senior executive hiring. Ideally, your experience has been gained in a technology or high-growth environment where agility, pace and stakeholder partnership were key to success.You bring experience leading in-house recruitment teams, designing scalable processes, and applying data-driven insights to optimise hiring outcomes. Crucially, you have led or played a key role in the deployment of AI-enabled tools or platforms within a Talent Acquisition function, and are confident in leveraging technology to drive measurable improvement in speed, quality and experience.
Strong influencing skills, commercial acumen, and a hands-on leadership style are essential.
