Our client is a fast-growing, Singapore-headquartered technology company at the forefront of emerging tech. To support its ambitious growth plans, it is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to develop its recruitment capabilities and drive its end-to-end hiring.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the COO, you will lead recruitment efforts across early careers, experienced hires, and executive- level appointments.
You will work closely with the founders and senior leaders to identify talent needs, build pipelines, and bring market insights, candidate behaviour, and best practices
- particularly in the technology sector
- to inform hiring decisions and talent attraction efforts.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with a proven track record in talent acquisition gained in high-growth technology companies, spanning both start-ups and more established environments. You bring deep understanding of the tech talent landscape in Singapore and beyond, spanning both technical and non-technical roles.Fluency in Mandarin is required due to business operations in China. Entrepreneurial, adaptable and solutions-oriented, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and bring a strong sense of ownership and creativity to your work.
