Are you a strategic business development leader with a strong track record in growing infrastructure and hardware sales across Asia Pacific? We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, APAC to drive a go-to-market strategy, identify growth opportunities, and execute on commercial plans that deliver both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.This is an individual contributor who will work with in country teams across APAC
This is a high-impact role focused on building new market segments, launching offerings, and strengthening value propositions across enterprise and government sectors both direct and through partners. You will work closely with sales, product, marketing, and partner teams to drive measurable results across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Strategy- Research and analyse customer needs, buying behaviors, and competitor movements across target segments (e.g., contractors, distributors, systems integrators, end users)
- Use voice-of-customer insights to shape GTM strategy and market positioning
- Identify product and service gaps and contribute to the development of tailored value propositions
- Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies for infrastructure and hardware offerings
- Support offering launches with business plans, channel enablement tools, and targeted messaging
- Track progress against strategic objectives and adjust tactics based on performance metrics
- Work with partners and resellers to expand market coverage and drive sales enablement
- Identify new channel opportunities and optimize the partner mix across APAC
- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and generate demand through channel ecosystems
- Act as the voice of the region across internal functions – Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Ensure alignment and buy-in for key initiatives, from offering development to in-market execution
- Monitor offering lifecycle performance and recommend “get-well” plans where needed
- 10+ years of business development and GTM strategy experience across APAC
- Strong background in infrastructure, networking or hardware technology sectors
- Deep experience with enterprise customers and partner-led selling
- Track record of launching offerings and building new revenue streams in complex B2B environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and a data-driven, commercially focused mindset
- Be a regional leader in shaping and scaling GTM strategy for a high-growth business
