As a Assistant Director, Engagement & Partnership (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Spearhead the development of the overall strategy and framework to foster health-social integration in collaboration with internal and community stakeholders.
- Design and execute initiatives to empower the community in managing their health.
- Cultivate a community culture that promotes healthy lifestyles and preventive care in partnership with community stakeholders.
- Foster strong collaborations with internal and community stakeholders, such as grassroots organizations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers, to improve patient and resident well-being and ensure seamless integration of care across various settings.
- Support team growth by developing skills and promote collaboration between the team.

- Possess a Bachelor Degree in healthcare or business related fields
