Our Client:
- Automotive Industry
- Mondays to Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 8.30am - 12.30pm
- East - Ubi
- Basic UP $3500 + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality customer service across multiple automotive brands.
- Track and manage key service metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), to maintain service excellence.
- Analyse customer feedback from surveys, complaints, and escalations; identify service gaps and implement action plans with aftersales teams.
- Prepare and present reports on service quality trends and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
- Design and execute customer delight initiatives, including seasonal programs, to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with service processes and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive customer service or aftersales operations is preferred.
