- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and issues.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Support the customer service team in daily operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Requirements:
- Entry-level candidates are welcome – training will be provided.
- Prior experience in customer service or call centre roles will be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
