Procurement Executive – Drive Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Excellence #HDC

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong supplier relationships while driving cost-effective purchasing strategies.

• Manage and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders efficiently
• Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders on delivery schedules, order tracking, and inventory requirements
• Source and evaluate vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery
• Monitor purchasing activities, supplier performance, and contract compliance
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, pricing lists, and purchasing documentation
• Resolve issues relating to shortages, delayed shipments, and order discrepancies promptly
• Support departments with sourcing activities, market research, and vendor recommendations
• Conduct vendor evaluations and maintain strong long-term supplier partnerships
• Ensure procurement practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify process improvements and new technologies to streamline procurement operations

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement functions
• Familiar with SAP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Independent, organised, and able to work effectively within a team environment
