- Update and audit employee digital and physical files.
- Consolidate timekeeping data, attendance logs, and leave records for processing.
- Process leaves applications and calculates "in lieu" credits for holiday shifts.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or Business Admin.
- Min. 1 year experience as HR Assistant
- Basic understanding of payroll deductions and leave credits.
