We are looking for a friendly and organised Healthcare Receptionist to be the face of our dental clinic. If you enjoy connecting with people and creating positive experiences, this role is for you. Day shifts only, 5-day work week, closed on all public holidays.
What You Will Do- Perform receptionist duties: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Maintain a high standard of patient care, ensuring every patient has an excellent experience
- Process payments and submit dental claims via insurance portals
- Maintain clinic records, manage supplies, complete clinic forms, and file timely reports
- Ensure overall clinic presentation is professional and welcoming
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) on rotation
- Experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is advantageous
- 5-day work week with day shifts only (8.30am–6.15pm) — no night shifts
- Not required to work on any public holiday
