Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Finance Advisor to support clients in achieving their financial objectives through advisory on financing solutions, capital structuring, and corporate banking products. This role offers exposure to client-facing advisory work and structured career progression within the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory support on corporate financing solutions, including loans, trade finance, and working capital structures
• Assist Relationship Managers in structuring deals and preparing client proposals
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and credit profiles of corporate clients
• Support execution of financing transactions and documentation
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma from a local Singapore Polytechnic (Degree preferred)
• CMFAS certification (M5, M9, M9A) is required or willingness to obtain
• First attempt for certification will be reimbursed by the bank
• Strong interest in corporate banking and financial advisory
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and client-oriented mindset
