Business Development Executive

This position requires strong analytical, negotiation, and business development skills, suitable for an applicant with a background in international logistics and trade finance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in manpower contracting and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including SMEs and large enterprises, to understand their manpower and transport requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations to attract new clients.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations) to ensure seamless service delivery for manpower solutions.
• Track and report sales performance, business pipeline, and market intelligence to management.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities between manpower services and freight transport solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics, Trade Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of manpower contracting and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
