Tuas (Company transportation provided)

5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Basic Salary + Retention Bonus + Incentive + Transport Allowance + Vehicle Allowance + Phone Allowance + AWS

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential clients in assigned waste management segments and build strong working relationships.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms and follow up with prospects to gather updates that may impact outcomes.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Executive to prepare sales orders and ensure accurate sales documentation.
• Prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Manager.
• Work with Customer Service to keep the customer database accurate and up to date.
• Support the Manager in improving customer care by monitoring satisfaction, handling complaints, and managing key customer changes.
• Gather market intelligence on customers, prospects, competitors, pricing, trends, stakeholders, service offerings, and alternatives.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Chemical knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales performance.
• Team-oriented and adaptable.
• Must possess own vehicle
