We design and implement forward-looking digital solutions such as blockchain-powered micro-credentialing platforms, AI-integrated learning systems, and credentialing tools for institutions, governments, and corporate clients.
As we expand across the region, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our outreach, client acquisition, and partnership initiatives in both Singapore and the Philippines.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a supporting yet crucial role in driving growth across multiple markets. You will assist in generating leads, managing outreach campaigns, engaging potential clients, and preparing business proposals.This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is enthusiastic, driven, and eager to grow in the EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify new business opportunities, partners, and institutional clients
- Support outreach efforts via email, social media, calls, and in-person meetings
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations for prospective clients
- Maintain and update CRM records with leads, contacts, and follow-up actions
- Assist in drafting proposals, decks, client emails, and tender documentation
- Conduct competitor and market research to support strategic planning
- Attend events, webinars, or trade shows to represent the company and build networks
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and messaging alignment
- Provide logistical support for onboarding new clients or partners
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Interest in EdTech, blockchain, AI, or digital transformation is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Canva, or PowerPoint is an advantage
- Comfortable with hybrid working and cross-border collaboration
