Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to take care of 1-1 support of C suite with other office administration and facility maintenance duties.

Client Details

Our client is an established MNC with strong presence in APAC. As they continue to improve regional work flow and organisation structure, the EA role is created to support the MD of the regional market as well as taking up the Office Manager duties.

Description

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the MD in calendaring, travel arrangement, Visa, flight and accommodation booking etc
  • Be a gatekeeper to internal and external stakeholder when meeting time is required from the MD
  • Utilising Microsoft office tools to create simple report and analysis based on market information
  • Keeping track with administration vendors and vendor contracts in specific countries within the APAC region
  • Creating effective work flow for administration and facility management
  • Working with other departments to drive necessary changes

Profile

Successful candidate must have:

  • at least 5 years of experience in executive support and office management in order to understand the work context and expectations
  • Ability to work independently
