We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Structured Product Specialist / Trader.

In this role you will:

Support structured product development and lifecycle management (ideas, evaluation, approvals, launch readiness, due diligence and documentation)
Source pricing for structured products and over-the-counter (OTC) options across asset classes from approved counterparties
Provide timely pricing and product support to Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, Client Service Executives and clients
Execute structured product and OTC option transactions; ensure accurate booking in dealing systems
Deliver tailored solutions aligned to client objectives within suitability, risk and compliance requirements
Produce internal investment commentaries and product updates
Provide marketing support, training and presentations to frontline teams
Coordinate with Operations and Technology to support settlement and improve workflow; maintain strong operational risk awareness

To be successful you will need:

Experience in structured products/derivatives, including OTC options, in a client-facing or execution role
Strong multi-asset product knowledge (rates, credit, commodities, equities, funds and hybrids)
Good understanding of suitability, risk and compliance requirements for regulated roles
Strong execution, trade processing and attention to detail; familiarity with dealing systems
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (including training frontline teams)

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
