Product Specialist (Automation / Robotics / Control Systems)

We are hiring a Product Specialist to drive the growth of a precision robotics and motion control product line.

This role is not purely engineering — it requires someone who can combine technical understanding with strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Support the growth of precision robotics and motion control product lines
• Work with sales teams on product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
• Gather market insights, competitor data, and customer requirements
• Support new product launches and lifecycle management activities
• Prepare product documentation, sales materials, and training content
• Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, marketing, and support
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and technical presentations

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical or similar)
• 2–5 years of experience in automation, robotics, or control systems
• Exposure to motion control / linear systems / precision stages is a plus
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders
• Comfortable balancing technical and commercial responsibilities
• Self-driven and able to work independently
