Gross Salary : $3500-$4500 (Basic Salary + All Allowances)*

Our client is an A1 Construction Developer

For new Condominium projects or HDB Projects (To be advise)

Previous working experiences in any type of CONSTRUCTION sites

Dip / Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Summary of Job Scope :

• Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project or other specified software.
• Manage the drawing office and prepare workshop drawing schedules.
• Coordinate with architectural, M&E coordinators, and subcontractors for workshop drawings preparation. GrabJobs

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers on structural materials proposals.
• Organize and manage consultant approvals for workshop drawings and proposed materials.

• Oversee inbound and outbound site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and report any non‑conformance found in shipments or construction works.
• Support supervisors in achieving designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
• Maintain database integrity for project records.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Typical Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Good communication skills for liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
