About the role
Zenith Automobile Pte Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium range of automobiles and providing exceptional customer service.This is a full-time role based in our Bukit Batok West Region showroom.
What you'll be doing- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations
- Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales transactions in a professional and ethical manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and industry trends
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Contribute to the overall sales targets and growth of the company
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management software
- A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
