We are looking for a passionate Account Executive who can own the full sales cycle from prospecting new leads, nurturing relationships, conducting creative pitches, to closing deals. This role blends SDR, BDR, and AE responsibilities in one, ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Prospecting (SDR/BDR duties)- Research and identify new business opportunities in key verticals such as IT, Manufacturing, Finance, F&B, healthcare, lifestyle, and professional services.
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha engagement, and email campaigns.
- Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing, website, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with potential clients.
- Lead sales calls, presentations, and creative proposal discussions with clients.
- Collaborate with executive team to shape proposals, timelines, and pricing structures.
- Develop and negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with revenue targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction through smooth handover to the project team post-signing.
- Track performance metrics including outreach volume, conversion rate, deal size, and revenue attainment.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities (e.g., SEO, web redesign, branding refresh).
- Work with the creative strategy team to identify case study opportunities and referrals.
- Provide feedback from clients to refine service offerings and go-to-market strategy.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in creative agencies, design firms, or digital marketing services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of digital and creative services (branding, web design, social media, marketing).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling outbound and inbound sales cycles.
- Self-starter with high energy, discipline, and ownership mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Eber, Salesforce, or Notion CRM) is a plus.
