We are currently hiring two Administrative Executives to support our growing teams in the Tax and Outsourcing and Corporate Secretarial departments. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, we welcome you to apply and be part of our dynamic team.
For Tax Department- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Tax Partners and team
- Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and correspondence
- Assist in client portfolio management, onboarding, and engagement processes
- Support billing, invoicing, and service proposal preparation
- Handle mail, courier dispatches, and document filing
- Maintain data entry records
- Oversee office supplies and equipment
- Cover reception duties on an ad-hoc basis
- Any other administration related matters as required by the Partners/Executive Directors
- Provide administrative support to the Partners/Executive Directors in the Outsourcing and Corporate Secretarial teams
- Assist in client proposals, onboarding, and engagement documentation
- Maintain and organise company and client records (digital and physical)
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence promptly
- Prepare invoices, reports, and other official documents
- Manage office supplies and support general office upkeep
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects
- Cover reception duties on an ad-hoc basis
- Any other administration related matters as required by the Partners/Executive Directors
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in professional services, accounting, or corporate secretarial firms
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of tax or corporate secretarial processes is advantageous (depending on the role)
