Accounts Assistant / Account Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day transactions such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory, Bank reconciliations, etc.
- Monitor daily cash flow.
- Prepare monthly SOA and sales reports.
- Process staff claims and petty cash reimbursement
- Generate salesman commission reports.
- Maintain full set of accounts up to Balance Sheet.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns and monthly financial reports.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Liaise with external parties (e.g., customers, company secretary, auditors)

Admin Assistant / Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and assist in sales-related matters
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including the technician team
- Support daily task with sales team
- Handle order processing – prepare Delivery Orders (DOs) and Invoices
- Manage administrative duties such as filing, emailing, and document organization
- Support issue resolution between internal and external stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase orders to suppliers when necessary.

Requirements:
- Meticulous, organized, and computer literate (MS Office proficiency preferred)
- At least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification for accounts position; and minimum GCE “O” Level, Diploma in Business/Admirations for admin position
- A fast learner who is able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude
- Computer literate, with experience in accounting software, preferably Microsoft Navision.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients
