Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCad, ArchiCad)
Furniture, material, and finishes selection
Construction detailing and site coordination
A strong design sensibility paired with practical execution
Candidate requirements and qualifications:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Minimum qualification level: Diploma
- Minimum 2 years' work experience
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, with confidence in client-facing communication
- Strong grounding in space planning, design development, and residential detailing
- Ability to produce and interpret carpentry and construction drawings (an advantage)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
- Familiarity with suppliers, contractors, and materials sourcing
- Confident and professional in coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Approachable, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
