About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Officer to manage and enhance the company’s internal and external communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing communication strategies, maintaining brand consistency, and strengthening stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Draft, edit and distribute press releases, media statements, newsletters, speeches, and corporate announcements.
  • Manage and update company website and social media platforms.
  • Track and analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Manage social media campaigns using tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Hootsuite.
  • Design marketing and communication materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Create email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar EDM platforms.
  • Prepare corporate presentations and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Coordinate with media partners and handle media enquiries professionally.
  • Monitor media coverage and generate performance reports using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Support corporate branding initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Assist in organising corporate events, briefings and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Support crisis communication planning when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in corporate communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in SEO/SEM strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of branding, stakeholder communications and crisis management.
