Job Scope:

Communicate with customers through phone and email, delivering accurate and timely information.
Confidently present and explain products or services to ensure customer understanding.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and manage feedback or complaints professionally.
Maintain records and perform routine administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Support billing processes, handle payments, and assist in managing customer accounts.
Follow procurement procedures and provide administrative support as required.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Customer Service / Service Admin / Procurement Experience or ANY other related experiences are welcome to apply
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) will be an added advantage
