Admin Assistant / Customer Service (Entry Level, Office Hours) - Geylang

Summary:

• Basic salary from $2200 to $3000 (Based on Experiences)
• Industry : FMCG / Aesthetic / Automotive / Education / Logistics
• Entry level welcome to apply; training is provided

Job Scope:

• Interact with customers via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information
• Present and explain product or service offerings to customers clearly and confidently
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage feedback or complaints effectively
• Maintain operational records and perform daily administrative duties
• Assist in billing, payment processing, and managing customer accounts
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Customer Service / Service Admin / Procurement Experience or ANY other related experiences are welcome to apply
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) will be an added advantage
• Entry level is welcomed to apply, training provided.
