Supply Chain Analyst/Order Management (US MNC)

Job Details:

• Contract Duration: 1 year contract with 1 month completion bonus
• Working hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 630am - 330pm
• Working location: Changi Business Park

Job Descriptions:

• Process new customer orders and order changes within established service level agreements (SLAs) using the SAP Order Management System.
• Participate in cross-functional projects; lead and/or collaborate with the Order Management team to drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives using available tools (e.g. AI, RPA).
• Develop a strong understanding of order pricing logic and apply this knowledge to conduct initial pricing issue analysis; collaborate with Account Managers, Pricing, and Sales teams to resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Create, maintain, and manage customer business partner records and required customer parameter configurations within SAP.
• Proactively support the timely resolution of order holds to ensure on-time shipment in accordance with customer requested delivery dates and corporate quarter-end revenue targets.
• Identify customer order data inconsistencies between systems, perform preliminary root-cause analysis, and escalate issues to management or IT as needed for further resolution.
• Leverage reporting tools to validate and ensure proper execution of Order Management processes.
• Collaborate with global Order Management teams supporting customers across North America, Asia, and Europe.

• Prior experience in order management
• SAP/4Hana
