Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and other Technical Departments.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high technical standards.
- Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and maintainable systems.
- Own system performance, scalability, and security across projects.
- Make strategic decisions on tools, frameworks, and development processes.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables in coordination with project managers.
- Keep up with the latest tech trends and integrate relevant advancements into our solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects.
- Solid experience in full-stack development within an agile environment.
- Bonus points for experience with SQL, PHP, and PowerBuilder.
