ERP Transformation Lead / Solution Architect (Dynamics 365 F&O) (Regional Manager)

We are seeking a hands-on, outcome-driven leader for a critical mission to shape the application landscape across Asia key markets. You will lead the transformation from fragmented legacy systems to an ERP-centric, "plug-and-play" model aligned with global Dynamics 365 (D365) single-template strategy.

This is a high-impact, market-facing role focused on execution and accountability rather than long-term team building.

Responsibilities:

Document the "as-is" application environment for each market and define the "to-be" target state aligned with D365 standards.
Build a year-by-year evolution plan for each market to ensure satellite applications are ready for a smooth ERP rollout.
Minimize market-specific customizations by clearly defining functional boundaries between the ERP and satellite systems.
Act as the primary reference point for architectural decisions, ensuring all local integrations remain scalable and reusable.

Requirements:

Proven track record in multi-market ERP or core system transformations (D365 F&O and/or SAP experience is highly preferred).
Strong understanding of application rationalization, ERP integrations, and managing transitional architectures during large-scale rollouts.
Exceptional documentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work pragmatically across markets with varying levels of IT maturity.
Commit to a time-bound mission focused on delivering clear, tangible outcomes.
Fluent in English
