Domain Solution Architect – CRM & Order Management
Location: Singapore
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Domain Solution Architect to lead the architecture strategy and solution design for enterprise-scale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order Management (OM) platforms.
This role will be responsible for defining target-state architecture, governing end-to-end solution designs, and driving modernization initiatives across customer lifecycle, order orchestration, fulfilment, billing, and operational platforms.The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient architecture solutions while enabling business transformation and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the target-state architecture and transformation roadmap for CRM and Order Management domains.
- Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture across:
- Lead-to-Order
- Quote-to-Cash
- Order Capture
- Order Decomposition
- Order Orchestration
- Fulfilment and Operational Handoffs
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
- Develop and maintain architecture artefacts including:
- Solution Blueprints
- Capability Maps
- Application Interaction Diagrams
- Data Flow Models
- Interface Specifications
- Transition Roadmaps
- Define integration patterns across CRM, CPQ, Product Catalogue, Order Management, Billing, Provisioning, Service Assurance, and related enterprise platforms.
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical assessments across strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, integration frameworks, and non-functional requirements.
- Identify architecture risks, technical debt, modernization opportunities, and platform dependencies.
- Support solution evaluations, technology selections, and vendor engagements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or large-scale enterprise systems delivery.
- Proven experience designing and governing enterprise solutions involving CRM and Order Management platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, order orchestration, fulfilment processes, and downstream operational systems.
- Deep expertise in:
- Enterprise Integration Architecture
- REST APIs
- Event-Driven Architecture
- Domain Data Modelling
- Microservices Architecture
- Distributed Systems Design
- Experience producing architecture documentation and solution governance artefacts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Telecommunications, B2B Services, Technology, Financial Services, or other complex enterprise environments.
- CRM platforms, CPQ solutions, Product Catalogue Management, Order Management, Billing, and Provisioning systems.
- Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and operations.
- TM Forum standards and frameworks.
- Cloud-native architecture and modern platform modernization initiatives.
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
Ideal Background
You have successfully led architecture decisions across multiple enterprise applications and platforms, balancing business objectives, delivery timelines, and technical quality. You are comfortable operating in highly integrated environments involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and transformation programmes.
You bring a strong track record of:
- Designing end-to-end CRM and Order Management solutions.
- Driving architecture governance and design consistency.
- Reducing technical debt and platform fragmentation.
- Enabling large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Influencing cross-functional teams through data-driven architectural recommendations.
