Administrative Assistant (3 months Contract)

We are looking for an administrative assistant for 3 months contract who can assist with organization and categorization of a database of documents to ensure a smooth migration to a new platform. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage and coordinate several stakeholders.

How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

  • Providing administrative support to the legal team
  • Review confidential documents in order to organise them into broad categories
  • Database management
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities
